Monthly Plans Prices starting $25 per month for one computer, for monthly a program designed for heavy users. Discounts available for multiple computers and plans can be changed.
Our first visit is the most important, we install software for remote access and establish a base line by running scans against threats. We’ll log in monthly update all the definitions and run the appropriate scans to maintain a good working machine. Maintenance schedule are flexible and can be done in off hours if so requested.
The first visit may require the machine be pulled due to lack of internet connection or it may not work. We’ll try to return it within 24 hours if possible, if not we’ll keep posted. Service on the machine are as follows: - Update all virus/spyware software
- Run scans
- Check for Windows updates/install
- Check oftware updates, i.e. Java, Acrobat…
- Check Drive Space
- Check Defrag Status
- Send report of Machine Status
